Shipping policy

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and ship within 1- 3 business  days once we receive  credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following monday. We will provide tracking information for all customers when purchases are shipped.

We ship all orders trough United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service ( UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes).

USPS ground shipping arrives in 3 to 8 business days.

We will provide additional shipping options at checkout.

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties of delivery country.  Chouchou Touch is not associated with destination country's taxes, tariffs and duties.  All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Free Ground Shipping is available only within the continental United States.
